I never thought in my life-time I would be a witness to such turmoil in our World today!
I had hoped with the advancement of the Human Story and Journey, engineered by the Computer Sciences, we would of freed ourselves from the destructive insanity inflicted upon the many innocent caused by a handful of individuals in our World. And to what end, or aim, is completely beyond me.
Having been a creative developer, especially on the World Wide Web for over 40 years now, and a Founder of one of the World's very first Digital Electronic Media Design Houses - Pineapple Blue. The burden of responsibility teaches you to be at the very top of your game and focused. For one dot, or small line of code could have significant consequence surrounding a project, or program, especially if it relates to the customization of browsers, for such errors affect millions.
Today in our troubled world of madness, I would not want to be a Politician for one minute, even in my beloved isles of Great Britain. For it is evident, that the environment today is a minefield of misinformation and extremist insanity. And in truth there should not be any extremist views or career driven lies and deceit. For there should only be globally, a collective sharp eyed focus on our greatest threat and challenge, this being Climate Change!
The picture I chose to use above, and wanted to share with you, is testament with regards to my love and passion for the environment, and this picture is only 20 years ago, back in 2004. And back then, Climate Change was no secret. In fact in the very first book I ever wrote on a South American Amazon species of fish, back in 1988, I warned then of Climate Change and Deforestation.
And so no Government around the World can deny that they were deficient in this critical knowledge and reality. Yet still now today, as we witness extreme weather around the World, and in many cases witness to communities being totally destroyed, we have a handful of leaders denying the reality for own self serving interests, especially surrounding fossil fuels being used for short term commercial interests, profiteering in short, at the cost of the Planet, our only home.
Sadly, as a result of the self interest and denials by some in politics, the new environment of Social Media has been weaponized with the power of money, promoting virtual realities of lies and misinformation, with the aim to divide and conquer, based on fiction.
How many extreme storms need to repeatedly re-visit communities today across the United States and elsewhere, before the Trump voters losing their homes start to question the yarns they have been spun. Or the Citizens of Russia start to question and ask; why is it the case that every International Western business has shut up shop and left Russia.
Never again they said, yet today again, we have War in Europe, and on a scale of mass murder not seen since World War Two, and instigated by one man, Vladimir Putin. And now today, America's leadership in Trump, is claiming it's not their fight, or nothing to do with them the War in Europe. Yet the very actors, and the very crazed ambitious protagonists, who are seeking world domination, and a new order, America's ever increasing enemies of; Iran, North Korea, and China. Are supplying arms and technology to Russia, for a successful outcome of crushing Ukraine, with the increased build up of Russia's 150 Divisions, approximately 1.5 million troops.
The laying out of the facts here, are not to persuade you surrounding this dark reality we face today. Eventually you yourself will realize the numbers do not add up and all of life we have come to love and know, is now under threat, as we reach the precipice of the abyss.
